Refund Policy
Effective 17 October 2026 ยท Version 2026-10-17
OnlyLink is operated by Bilal Hameed as a sole proprietor, of Chakwal (P.O 48800), Punjab, Pakistan (“we”, “our”, “us”).
This policy covers the OnlyLink Pro subscription. The Free plan costs nothing, so nothing here applies to it.
1. Who takes your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
In practice that means Paddle issues every refund, not us. We cannot take your card details or return money to you directly. When we agree a refund, we instruct Paddle and Paddle pays it back to the method you used.
2. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
If OnlyLink Pro is not what you wanted, tell us within 30 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
The guarantee applies to your first payment for a given account. Renewals are covered by section 3 instead.
3. Renewals
Pro is billed yearly and renews automatically. Paddle emails you before each renewal.
If a renewal catches you out, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided you have not used a Pro-only feature since it was taken. Cancelling before the renewal date is always the cleaner route and costs you nothing: see section 6.
4. Your statutory right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, separate from and in addition to our guarantee above.
Digital services carry one condition worth stating plainly. When you buy Pro you ask us to start it immediately, and by doing so you agree to the supply beginning at once and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been fully performed. This is the standard waiver under the Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 30-day guarantee in section 2 is deliberately more generous, so in nearly every case it is the one worth using.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your own country, including rights to a remedy where a service is faulty or not as described.
5. When we will not refund
- Where the request falls outside both the windows above.
- Where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or repeated buy-and-refund behaviour across accounts. Paddle applies its own Refund Policy to these cases as Merchant of Record.
- Where an account was terminated for breaking our Terms and Conditions, for example by publishing prohibited content. Section 12 of the Terms covers what happens to the remaining period.
6. Cancelling
Cancel any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and then move to the Free plan automatically.
Your page stays online and your links keep working. You lose the Pro-only features: the longer analytics history, traffic sources, devices, countries, unique visitors and premium themes. Nothing is deleted.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. If you want the money back as well, ask under section 2 or 3.
7. How to ask
Email contact@ghaznix.com from the address on the account, or call +92 316 5502120. Include the email address you signed up with and the Paddle order reference from your receipt.
We answer within 2 business days. Once a refund is agreed, Paddle processes it and the money typically reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net, which is the buyer support site for every order Paddle is Merchant of Record for.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, the version here always governs the purchase you have already made at the price and terms you accepted. We notify Paddle of any change, as our agreement with them requires.
